We have just commenced works on our latest project on Lavenham Road, SW18. This project is a full home refurbishment, ground floor side extension and loft conversion. Our architectural team completed the design work in November 2018. The team couldn’t be more excited to be involved in the build. 

Our client wanted to gain a generous living, kitchen and dining area. They also wanted a ground floor WC incorporated into the design. We added two bedrooms and an extra bathroom by extending into the loft. The result is very impressive, as we have turned a three bed, one bathroom house into a five bed with two bathrooms and a WC. We can’t wait to see the finished build. We will keep you posted with pictures and updates as the project progresses.
