Initial consultations help us to learn more about your project and understand your requirements and project specification. This enables us to issue you with a quote for our services. We also take the opportunity to explain more about how we work and how we can assist you. Every homeowner is different and requires a different level of engagement at this early stage. For this reason, we offer two types to consultation for you to choose from.
If you want some general advice on the process and a cost breakdown of your project, the standard consultation will give you just that. Our consultation plus is more of an advice based service and allows for extra time to go into the project details. It’s a great option if you are looking for more comprehensive advice and design and layout ideas.
Our consultations vary in length as it depends on the project and how many questions you have. The standard consultations last about 10 to 20 minutes and the consultation plus lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour.
Nothing at all. We will ask some questions about your ideas and requirements but you don’t need any specific information. If you have floorplans or moodboards you can always send them to us prior to the consultation at hello@hometales.co.uk so we can review them prior and during the call. If you are going for the consultation plus, it is beneficial to have a computer to hand as we might want to share some information with you during the call.
