Yes absolutely. You do not require formal ownership of the property to apply for planning permission. Many of our clients want to begin the design process while the sale is on-going as the sale process can be lengthy. In this case we liaise with the agent to gain access in order to undertake the measured survey (detailed measurements).
Our quotes are based on a specific address so if the property address changed, we would need to re-quote for the new address. Our quotes are typically valid for 1 month.
