Our Design bundle gives you a detailed tender pack which can be used by any builder. For London projects, we can introduce you to our recommended builder if you wish. The break between design and build has been perfected to offer you with a two stage process, which is cost efficient, flexible and tailored to you.
Our Building Regulations Pack includes your technical drawings and structural calculations. This is commonly referred to as a technical pack or a tender pack. This pack enables you obtain like-for-like costs from builders. Your assigned builder will then use this pack as a point of reference throughout the build phase. Your building control officer will also want to review the technical drawings and structural calculations prior to the com-mencement of works, to ensure the proposal is compliant with current building regulations.
