It’s only been a couple of weeks since building works commenced in SW18. The demolition and strip out is almost complete, and it’s incredible to see the span of the entire property now everything has been stripped back. 

This project is a full home refurbishment, ground floor side extension and loft conversion. We are starting with the refurbishment, then moving onto the ground floor extension and chimney removals as the party wall agreements are finalised. After the ground floor extension is water-tight, we will turn our attention to the loft.
