At Home Tales, we specialise in house renovations and home extensions across London. We have recently obtained planning permission for this beautiful wraparound extension in Lambeth. This semi-detached property had an existing rear extension which was disconnected from the property as it was only accessible from the garden. We proposed a side infill extension and to replace the existing rear extension, encompassing it into the kitchen area to create a more functional, useable space for the homeowners. We also proposed some minor changes to side access, adding a side door to the utility area and blocking up an existing window. On the first floor we added a couple of Velux windows to catapult natural light into what will be a large landing doubled up as a study area.
