The Home Tales Planning Team recently obtained approval under permitted development for our client in Ealing, W5. Unlike most of our loft conversion projects, the current loft is being used as a small bedroom. Our design proposal adds a spacious dormer onto the loft, which completely opens up the rear pitch of the property. By doing this we have added an extra bedroom, a bathroom and we have given the existing bedroom a much more usable head height.
