We recently obtained planning permission to make alterations to this flat in Wandsworth. Located just next to Battersea Park, this property resides within the Battersea Park Conservation Area. Our proposal was to complete a house renovation, replacing all of the windows and also to increase the opening on the terrace to allow for full width bi-fold doors. There was also an old chimney stack protruding onto the terrace so we applied to remove this too. In order to support our application, we submitted a design & access statement alongside the drawings and associated documentation. The application was successful and our client couldn’t be happier to commence with the building works.
