We renovated the third bedroom of his family home in SW18. The property was in need of modernisation and we were already undertaking a ground floor side return extension and a loft conversion. We refurbed this bedroom while we were undertaking the extension works. We removed the chimney, replaced the window and undertook a full re-wire of the electrics. We also installed the radiator underneath the window.
