Case Studies: Wandsworth, SW18

We extended this first-floor bathroom in this 3-bed, end of terrace property in Wandsworth. The property had an usual layout and had an existing partition wall separating the bathroom from the toilet. We knocked down the wall to create one large room. We stripped back the walls and added a new bath, shower, vanity unit with sink and toilet. The original scheme had one small window, so we gained planning permission to create a window twice the size, with obscured glass to keep privacy for the homeowner.
